60ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum 50ml fresh pineapple Juice 25ml fresh orange juice 30ml Coco Lopez Garnish: Pineapple frond and orange slice
Method
Combine ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard for a few seconds until cold.
Serve & Garnish
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple frond and orange slice.
