45ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum 15ml Campari 15ml fresh lime juice 7.5ml sugar syrup 45ml pineapple juice Garnish: pineapple wedge
Method
- Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake for a few seconds until cold.
Serve & Garnish
Strain into a rocks glass, add ice and garnish with pineapple wedge - enjoy!
