Black Tot & Wattleseed
40ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum 2ml Citric Acid 5ml Sugar Syrup 90ml Wattleseed soda Garnish: Basil blossom
Method
Shake the Black Tot, citric acid and sugar with ice until cold.
Serve & Garnish
- Strain into a highball glass, add ice and top with wattleseed soda.
- Garnish with a basil blossom.
