50ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum 30ml Bitter-sweet tropical fruit wine 10ml Ume plum wine Garnish: Luxardo cherries, rinsed


  • Combine Black Tot and the fruit wines in a mixing glass with ice.
  • Stir until cold (being careful not to over-dilute the drink).

Serve & Garnish

  • Strain into a frozen port glass.
  • Garnish with cherries on a cocktail stick.
