30ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum 20ml Campari 150ml Fresh pineapple juice 5ml Honey Garnish: Pineapple leaf

Method

  • Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.

  • Strain into a tumbler glass.

About the Garibirdi cocktail, Danny says it’s ‘‘a hybrid of two classic drinks that I absolutely love - the Garibaldi and a Jungle bird. The result is a fluffy, tropical, funky drink with a bitter kick that celebrates the unique flavour of Black Tot rum.’’
